You don't need to shout at me. I don't know what you think that I have done to justify such rudeness. Volume does not make up for a lack of clarity.
The post to which I replied was very vague and its meaning lost on me and I suspect everyone except perhaps yourself. I could not understand why you made reference to the writ of habeus corpus, and so I asked you a very civil question. A civil response would have been to correct my misinterpretation of your remarks and to state the fact the a writ of habeus corpus was being used on Padilla's behalf. Then we might have had more dialogue.
But, no, you apprently do not want dialogue, you want to be belligerant and abusive. You are wound way too tight and think way too highly of yourself, IMHO.
I will continue to seek more information on this subject, but not from you.
