Woa! I recall Helen. I vagely remeber this case and thought this must be the outcome of a long fight. I didn’t know what had happened to her.

This is an old article. Wayne died several years ago. Helen died in a car accident last year. Wayne’s daughter continues. I believe they won all their property rights claims. TMDLs aren’t just for nutrients (poop.) Even though our ag operations are largely cow/calf in my valley, our river’s TMDLs are for temperature and sediment.
