Could it be that she did this in kind of a semi-controlled rage after realizing she had been trumped by President Bush???

Miffed or not about being trumped by the Pres' visit, this is a new low even for her.
I've often found that troublemakers like Hill tend to bring about their own demise. Unfortunately, they frequently cause lots of destruction prior to that and take others down with them.
