Well, I doubt the senate will do anything - they'll be their usual spineless selves and say something like, "We don't want to chill the free speech rights of our fellow senators blah blah blah..." or something equally inane and pathetic...

Sickening, isn't it? If the Senate won't do anything on their own, perhaps we need to apply so uch pressure they won't have any choice. If the left, in tiny little groups can effect so much influence (re: the judiciary committee memos) then why can't we?
