In a demoralizing message to U.S. soldiers serving in Iraq, visiting New York Sen. Hillary Clinton told them that Americans back home are growing increasingly skeptical of President Bush's decision to send them into battle.

Request to all the Constitutional Lawyers out there.
Isn't this clearly treason?
In the middle of a shooting war?

That is a serious question.
Does treason still exist?
Does the Constitution allow one branch of government to undermine and work at cross purposes with each other?

Is Hilary purposely challenging the rest of the country, including the Executive and Judicial branches to call her on it?

I clearly see this as actionable, but I'm just a dumb civilian.

Ask Senator Bonior and that other a**hole liberal, commie Senator who went over to Baghdad to talk down our country. This is maddening.

"Does treason still exist?"

Oh, it exists alright. Problem is that the politicians in Washington refuse to take traitors to task, and until they do, it is rather pointless to concern ourselves with it. I'm not suggesting that we ignore it, just pointing out the futility of our exercises in outrage.
