Susan Estrich was on FOX this morning and she said, "for the democrats to be carping about this trip and the war in general only makes them look SMALL".

I think Susan gets it.

It doesn't make them look small, Estrich. It makes them look treasonous.

Senator Clinton, in Afghanistan, Calls for More Foreign Troops

By DAVID ROHDE
Published: November 28, 2003

SNIP

Senator Clinton received a generally warm reception from members of the military, who are often perceived as conservative and Republican.

After the meal, more than a dozen soldiers formed a line to have their photographs taken with the former first lady. A half dozen asked for her autograph, often inscribed to their daughters. One soldier had Mrs. Clinton autograph an American flag.

/SNIP

Let's see. This is the best spin the NYT could offer.

"generally warm reception" with the caveat "who are often perceived as conservative and Republican"
"more than a dozen" for photos
"A half dozen asked for her autograph"
"One soldier had Mrs. Clinton autograph an American flag."

She's so full of crap, her eyes are brown.

It's going to start coming out the top of her head like a Play-Doh fun factory. :)

Hillary's press statement was meant to make the troops over in Afganistan feel as if America had forgotten them. What Hillary should have said if she had good intentions was that this is all (Afganistan and Iraq)war against terrorism.

Who paid for this joy ride of hers?

During Hitlery's entire worthless life, either her parents or American taxpayers have footed all her bills. She's just scum.

Wow! Did she actually say these horrible things? If so, she is not only a Maoist, she is doing everything she can to bring defeat to her own country!

Seriously, is there enough in her statement to encourage some sort of senate censure or reprimand?

Everyone, what Hillary said is a Good Thing(TM) as it reveals to a much larger audience than just FR and the conservatively active what type or person she really is. It's one thing for the candidates drone on and on about foreign policy and but another thing all toghether to visit the troops oversees on Thanksgiving weekend and bad-mouth foreign policy and the troops' role in it while there.

For the 20% who hate Bush, this will be perceived as "heroic" but for the mushy-middle, it can be yet another defining moment for Hillary.

eople today is a good day to be a Freeper. Tell your friends what you learned about Hillary!

Just how low can you go! The Hildebeast makes Jayne Fonda look like a saint. The Hildebeast is an elected official of the US. Jayne Fonda is only one of the Hollywood elite.

But the members of our military are a whole lot smarter then the Hildebeast thinks. They can see through this ruse.

God Bless our military. God Bless President Bush!
