That's one thing I don't understand. If someone is risking their life fighting for the country, give them citizenship.
They do get citizenship, if they want it. I suspect the usual suspects at INS have been dragging their feet. Now that the President is on the case, those feet might be getting just bit warm. :) They will get their citizenship.
