I'm sure you know it was a bit more than one that left that crater 30' deep. :)

But yeah, that's the neighborhood, and that guy is lucky that he can have an opportunity at having that cafe that allows access to the outside World that was restricted under Saddam. Then again, he may have been one of the lucky ones who would have been able to do what he wanted since it was 'his boy' in power.
