Also, he's standing next to the President of the United States and not even looking at him :)!

Plus, his hair's a little too unkempt and his shirt isn't buttoned all the way up. They probably rustled up a uniform for him at the last minute so he'd look slightly more subtle.

I didn't notice the lack of insignia, I noticed where he was looking .. at mid-body level of the person facing the President .. about where a handgun would appear ..!
