Good ol' Reuters - as if they're not really "terrorists," just freedom fighters, eh?

Are you kidding me? Was that in quotes? Holy crap! It reminds me of this article I read in Newsday a few months ago. This one soldier came back after he lost his foot over there and they had it written like this; "Hometown 'hero' returns from Iraq" Can you imagine? They`re just terrorist enablers these freggin` mutts.

Yes, the Reuters cutline for the news photo really put quotation marks around "terrorists," as if - wink, wink, nudge, nudge - we all know those peaceful Muslims are really the nicest of folk, and it's just those stupid Americans who unfairly brand them with the nasty "T-word."

Here's the (unedited by me) lead to the Reuters story:

By David Brunnstrom KABUL (Reuters) - U.S. Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton made a Thanksgiving visit to U.S. troops in Afghanistan on Thursday and said the United States would stay the course in the fight against "terrorists" in the country. link
