Thanks for thinking of him when you are, yourself, sacrificing so much! He is fine, although he is not at his normal location right now and won't be able to call his family, nor visit with "his" soldiers, so he's a little bummed out. I copied the thread to an email and sent it to him. I hope that cheers him up some!
