If this author's writing style, I'll call it "dysfunctional hodgepodge,"

You know there are a lot of things that can make someone talk or write that way which doesn't necessarily indicate any substantial cognitive difficulties that would impair their ability to comprehend cause/effect relationships such as the consequence of socialism being a failed economic experiment as amply evidenced by the collapse of the Soviet Union and the movement even of Red China towards a more free market economy that is willing to trade with other countries even their ideological opposites such as the United States which reminds me that the health care in China isn't necessarily better than that here in the United States even though it is widely criticized here by the likes of the original poster who failed to use paragraphs and that reminds me, what was your question?

;)

Though we must keep in mind the reason Socialism or as I like to call it line'emupandfillgreatbigtrencheswithmachinegunnedbodies-ism hasn't worked yet is that in each case it is only because in each case the WRONG people have been put in charge but no matter how many times its been tried its always the WRONG group of people and they never quite manage true socialism. A man from England who wrote for the BBC World Service could not have said it better when he said "if you want a picture of the future, imagine a boot stamping on a human face--forever" which is what inevitably happens when a small group of people decide what's in your best interest because people on their own tend to selfishly try to better their own lot and that of their families rather than accepting whatever ration of sh!tty food or clothing or medical care or entertainment might be available this week in pursuit of equality and the greater good in general and particularily for those socialist leaders who have to do all the tough work of deciding what's best for the people.
