Wow (((((Cal)))))

Were the children upset to see that? That's something you don't see everyday since we have pushed out so many of the species of wildlife from where we live. That's neat!

Enjoy your "projects" with the kids - sounds like a great day!

I just learned that my nephew Kenny is going to Iraq. I hope some of you will add him to your prayer list.
Thanks

You'll love the book and the show. I just went to her site and they've expanded their coverage area and broadcast times. I'll be able to listen to the show more than once if I want to. :)

(((((dansangel))))) You too! :)

I'm adding Kenny to my prayer list. My niece's husband Joey is in the Air Force and will be leaving for Iraq next week. May God be with Kenny and your whole family. Please thank him for his service.

Happy Thanksgiving, toothless. I guess that means you're all bark and no bite so I have nothing to fear. :-)

Lovely thread today {{{Angel}}}!

I was in Jupiter when I was 9 years old. So I didn't appreciate scenary such as the lighthouse or beaches then.

Thank you for a great post!

Dubya and Donaeus, I will add both your nephews to my Prayer List and write a note to the other hostesses to add to their prayer lists we post each day. May God watch over them and bring them safely home to their loved ones.

Wishing you all a safe and happy Thanksgiving holiday. Please drive carefully to your destinations.

Thanksgiving Blessings

You forgot about the *gun-toting* part. :-)

Actually they were not upset. I was wondering about that as we were watching cause it did get a little graphic. But they were as fascinated and awed (sp?) as I was.

Wow. As proud as we should be, is also as worried as we get when it is a loved one in harms way. Hugs to you Dubya and prayers for Kenny's safe return.

It has changed a lot over the years. I lived in Juno (right next door to Jupiter) in 1988, then moved to (gasp!) OH - it's much more *populated* now.

I *almost* recognize the tune - hint please?

That's good. My daughter discovered a dead cat in our yard in FL one time when she was about 9 or 10. She was really traumatized (I don't blame her - it didn't do *me* much good, either!) I was curious about how your children would handle the whole predator/captive scenario.
