Gore blasts Bush political ads as 'not worthy of the presidency'

Former Vice President Al Gore told college students Tuesday night that the Bush administration is ``using fear as a political tool'' unworthy of the presidency.

``For the president of the United States to claim in a television ad that those who disagreed with the decision to go to war with Iraq are against attacking terrorists is a disgrace,'' said Gore, who lost the 2000 election to President Bush.

``It is a cheap and petty political tactic not worthy of the presidency. It is something you would find in a down-and-dirty sleazy campaign for city council,'' Gore added, drawing laughs from the partisan crowd at Middle Tennessee State University.

And the DNC approved NAACP Advertisement showing a chain being dragged behind a pickup truck with Texas tags on it while a little girl is saying Bush will vote against the Hate Crimes Bill is fine a dandy?

These hypocrites on the left are gonna pay for this garbage... Just Watch

I think it is driving Algore absolutely NUTS that he lost the 2000 election. I guarantee he wakes up in the middle of the night many times filled with regret that he is not resideing in the White House.

You mean like an Ad that shows the dragging chains behind a pick up truck Al??

Or how about the burning of black churches

Ah yes, I remember it well. What Algore fails to point out is that history knows it's the RATS sleazy campaigns he speaks of.

Gee, I thought democrat (small d intentional) strategy for decades has been to engage in a campaign of fear and misrepresentation in a sleazy "city council" sort of way. Guess it sucks having your own tactics used against you.

The President of the United States isn't running any ads, it's the RNC.

The Libs are also saying that President Bush mentions them and there is NO MENTION of the word Democrat in that Ad

They're working to get the pubs to pull this and any other tough ads. Will they fold?

What they DO NOT like is the very clear, unmistakable, "Some have said we must not act until the threat is imminent. Since when have terrorists and tyrants announced their intentions, politely putting us on notice before they strike?" section.

This CLEARLY shows that the Dems have been lying all about the State Of The Union Address.

That gets folks to thinking, "What else have they lied about?"

And this....they cannot allow.
The howling about the "terrorist" line is just a smokescreen.

I say the RNC run an advertisement saying this.....

"Howard Dean's Campaign got some very good news today! Hillary is not endorsing his Candidacy!"

Uhm...HELLO Al, it is a war on terrorism and Iraq is the new FRONT in this war. Invading Iraq is about the smartest strategic and tactical military move of the last 50 years. Now all the Islamikazes are running to Iraq to fight SOLDIERS, not trying to ram planes into buildings. Duh...GO BUSH.
