I have not relied on the govt report at all to reach my conclusion.

The advances in technology and a fair investigation and reading of all the evidence simply points to one conclusion. Oswald did it and he acted alone.

There is no conclusive evidence that anyone else was involved.

I have done a lot of studying over the last 30 years, I would say most definitley more than you. I have become convinced of this from being convinced the other way.

It is you who refuse to open your eyes. You WANT there to have been a conspiracy.

Posner says Oswald and Ferrie didn't know each other in the CAP and weren't in at the same time. FRONTLINE had a photo the other night that showed them together. CASE OPENED AGAIN.

As one of those mindless morons (which I suppose is one of the worst kinds of moron), I'd like to ask how much original research you've done on the assassination? Or have you just read - as have I - a few of the conspiracy-theory books? "Case closed" might be overstating things a bit - I'm sure we don't know all there is to know - but Posner refutes most if not all of the key points made by the major conspiracy theorists.

Stone's agenda driven and rediculous movie, rather than offer the 'thought provoking' against the 'lone gunman/w/rifle theory; simply gave credibility to the Possner's et al and the Warren Comission's findings.

Then where are the recordings, stenographic accounts, and contemporaneous police notes of the many hours that Oswald was questioned? Why did the Dallas police, on at least two occasions, allow the armed Jack Ruby access to Oswald?

Texas law required that the Dallas police turn a prisoner over to the county within 12 hours of his being indicted. Why did they not do this? Because Ruby failed to execute Oswald on Friday night when they gave him his first chance to take an up close shot at him?

What you posted is not evidence of anything. It is irrelevant, it proves nothing. It would not be admitted in any court of law in the U.S.
