The Farmer's House is on Bethel Island, CA.


It is the house at the top of the picture. That is Piper Slough at the bottom of the picture. The houses along the levee are built up on pilling. The ground level is below sea level. There numerous housed built on the ground without pilling on the south end of Bethel Island. The people in those houses should be nervous about this destructive nature of Big Government!

What's the address and what's the name of that road? My wife works for a lady over there on Saturdays and I think it's a few hundred feet outside of that photo...

There is apparently a realtor over there who is trying to have the zoning in that area changed so they can put in a big subdivision. They allegedly need 100% aquiecence of the locals and if you haven't signed you're in for a general excrement feeding and bad time. The lady my wife works for has had a hard time of this, and just so coincidentally, is in the midst of being ridden all over by the Marin Humane Society who has no jurisdiction over there!
