Nor I. I have actually been to the site and spent several hours walking the area. In the lower left of the pic is a parking lot and railroad area. A fence is under the trees at the back of the "grassy knoll". I spent considerable time here pondering the possible shooter from this area and then walking away thru the RR yard as a worker. The grassy knoll shot has a very high track-crossing angle--essentially, the angular momentum of the target would be extremely high, giving high chances of a miss. The only way to get around this would be to shoot through a road sign. It's just about the worst place to take a million-dollar, can't-afford-to-miss shot.

Agreed - at the time (early 80's) I was still fascinated with all the theories and the fuzzy photo of a person in uniform with a fuzzy badge on and a flash of light coupled with something about a RR tool box being found behind the wooden fence and parking lot area - just had to check it out.

I spent a whole day there in July. We walked all over the entire area, and toured the book dep. museum. We saw the X on the street. We looked out the window from where Oswald "supposedly" shot Kennedy. You know, there was NEVER a trial, how about innocent until PROVEN guilty? Just wondering.
