RINO Arnold has said repeatedly that he's for illegals having drivers licences as long as there are backround checks.

He came out against the current law but also said that he was against the referendum, speaking out of both sides of his mouth.

The reason he's against the referendum is that the illegals flat can't have licences which he wants them to have.
