Not a word about Montana, which has the highest death rate per million miles driven and until 1999, had no speed limit at all. The death rate has actually risen since speed limits were imposed.

Not a word about Montana, which has the highest death rate per million miles driven and until 1999, had no speed limit at all. The death rate has actually risen since speed limits were imposed. Of course, that may have nothing to do with speed limits, and everything to do with an influx of Californians. Same with the other western states.
