The only legal loophole the DC snipers deserve.
From what I understand there never really was a threat from a white van after the 2nd or 3rd shooting. But it was absolutley ridiclous that the cops kept on searching vans and holding up traffic for hours and hours.
Yeah, but just think how many Muslims had their self-esteem spared because some white guy was being profiled instead.</ sarcasm>
