Is this for the entire USA or just the NY district?

Can't help wondering. Also what was the rejection rate in the western states, where most of the immigration "workers" seen to be illegals themselves...

A lot of this is hurting the real couples who want a real marriage ---- they should make all the sponsors of immigrants ---- those bringing in elderly relatives, those bringing in spouses or whoever else, financially responsible for their immigrant. There must be proof of health insurance and ability to feed and house the immigrant. If they bring in an immigrant and can't support the immigrant in a few years or so --- then the immigrant should go back. They could stop the phony marriages easily enough if they held the spouse responsible financially.
