When they say Wolfson says Terri is PVS they should clarify that Wolfson was not allowed to actually investigate her condition - he just looked at court documents such as the ones Felos submitted.

Here's a link to the 39-page report by Wolfson to the Governor. The first 15 or so pages is a rehash of the court proceedings thus far. His meaty part comes ~p.16-17. He also says that all the parties tried to find some ways to negotiate certain aspects of the case, but the talks failed. He seems to indicate that without new tests for Terri and new neurologists and speech therapists to look at Terri, the case will never be resolved for sure in regards to what would be best for Terri. He asks that he be allowed to stay on as GAL until the case is resolved.
