The idea that the Schindlers are in this to get money is ridiculous. All they want is Terri. Not even the same Terri. They have accepted her limitations. They aren't being unrealistic. Anybody who thinks that the Schindlers are in this for the money are either ignorant or heartless. I think most are uninformed, but there are a lot of people out there who do know better, and still choose to believe the lies of Felos and MS.
I agree with you and can't understand how people can get so down on the Schindlers. If the husband promised to reimburse them and help them with part of the settlement money and then reneged, he is a cad. Too bad it wasn't in writing.
It sounds to me like this guy took advantage of the generosity of the Schidlers. Not only that, but he was a freeloader and has behaved dishonorably imo.
