There is an INS form that MUST be filled out when you take a new job. The employer MUST verify two legal documents proving legal status of the new hire. Birth certificate, driver's license, social sucurity card, etc...etc...

Why is it that TJX did not comply with this regulation? Why is it that TJX is not in trouble for failure to comply? Why?

You ever worked retail? You think the managers of these places can tell a fake doc from the real thing if the ink's dry? I like my solution better.
