SACRAMENTO - During his speech at the California Chamber of Commerce inaugural luncheon last Monday, newly elected Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger assured the crowd that he knew what he was up against. "If you thought that the campaign was tough and that we were in the trenches and we were fighting it out, there is something much more to come because those guys are not going to roll over," he said.

    but the reform of California still remains squarely on the backs of the people who live here.That's the scary part. Reform is "squarely on the backs" of the same simpletons who elected and reelected the present liberal Democrat legislature. Whew!, good luck.

I hope Californians finish the job. I hope whenever their legislative reps are up for re-election I hear that sop, Peter Jennings, talking about how the voters had another "temper tantrum".

    Democrats are not going to roll over. They really aren't. They maintain ironclad control of the Legislature. They are just as nutty today as they were before the recall election, despite the phony olive branches they have extended.  Truer words were never spoken.

    The good luck may be when the fault lines relax, and California makes like Atlantis. As for the socialism impaired learning - well it could happen. 
 
But if you are going to wait, bring a verrryyyyy large lunch. You'll likely need it.
