Jackson's explicit letters seized (child's name redacted for FR)

EXPLICIT letters and poems said to have been written by Michael Jackson to his alleged victim will form the centrepiece of the sex-abuse case against him.
Police seized at least a dozen letters during the raid on Jackson's Neverland ranch last week.
"The district attorney is convinced these letters will be crucial to the case against Jackson," a source close to the investigation said yesterday.
"The boy told investigators about letters and poems and their precise location inside Michael's home. These letters were among the evidence seized, along with videotapes.
"They are very explicit and intimate and show a degree of familiarity. Basically, they appear to be love letters from Michael to the boy."
The accuser, 12-year-old Los Angeles cancer victim ******, also told police Jackson's pet name for him was Rubba.
"The boy first told this to his therapist, then repeated it to police," the source said.
"He said Jackson called him Rubba because one of the games they used to play was called rubba rubba. The boy said, 'Michael told me he was my rubba rubba friend."'
Although police handling the case in Santa Barbara, California, have been barred from revealing any details, it is understood the alleged abuse took place in February.
Jackson is said to have befriended ****** -- who, during a controversial British documentary screened earlier this year, admitted having shared a bed with the singer -- over a long period.
A source close to 45-year-old Jackson said: "For the past five or six years, he's taken kids from fractured homes and nurtured them as a father figure. As they get older, he teaches them fun things to do.
"Michael says he learned this from an adult when he was a teenager. No-one on his staff ever said anything. He's a tyrant. Everybody obeys the man."
Another Jackson source said: "The boy told of everything that went on and described things in Michael's closets, his bathroom, what was under his bed."
In her statements to police, ******'s mother, #####, has revealed that Jackson encouraged her son to call him "Daddy".
##### has claimed she, ****** and his two siblings were held virtual prisoners at Neverland, 100km north of Santa Barbara.
When she learned of her son's accusations of molestation -- which included claims that Jackson plied him with wine and sleeping pills -- she fled with her family in the dead of night.
A source close to district attorney Tom Sneddon, who will prosecute the case, said: "The DA is very confident with the evidence he has. This includes letters, videos and computer files. They believe they have enough to nail Jackson."
Jackson's legal team is said to be encouraging him to consider a plea bargain, possibly an insanity defence that would allow him to serve time in a state mental hospital instead of jail.
There was speculation yesterday that the singer raised his $3 million bail with the help of Miami-based Al Malnik, a lawyer for notorious gangster Meyer Lansky, who died in 1983.
Malnik reportedly began making large loans to Jackson when his career nosedived.
Malnik, 69, was cited by the New Jersey Casino Control Commission in 1980 and 1992 as a person of unsuitable character.
The prosecution source said: "It just gets weirder and weirder. Michael supposedly has financial problems, but hiring someone with Mob connections is bizarre."
Prosecutors are said to be spreading a net around the world for other alleged victims. One boy of special interest is said to be in El Salvador, another in South Africa.
They are also said to be considering quizzing the son of an English premiership footballer.
Charges of aiding and abetting are likely to be filed against members of Jackson's entourage.
At the same time as the Neverland swoop, police raided two homes in Los Angeles.
One was reportedly the residence of Marc Schaffel, a gay video producer who filmed the rebuttal tape Jackson released just after Martin Bashir's British documentary aired.

I think Jermaine is worried about the "gravy train" stopping. I am sure no one wants MJ's career revived as much as that clan.
You don't see Janet out there defending the gloved one.

I have a friend who is an investigator of the sex crimes division of our local police department, and she says that Jackson is a stereotypical pedeophile. She says that he is very predatory. He lures the kids, and then whatever.
She's convinced he's guilty.

Hey we could use your innocent untill proven guilty mode on the Scoot Peterson Threads. (sarcasm) : )

Which one of the sisters publicly said Michael was a pedophile? Was it Janet or LaToya? And the contacts with arabs and mob lawyers are fascinating. And in the raids the other day was a video place run by a gay guy. I wonder if Mike was doing some high level pornography for someone. This guy was a walking nightmare wasn't he.
To: Terridan
This is what a friend of mine said. She's an investigator with the police department.
It's all very sad.

Scott Peterson is guilty, OJ is guilty, the Ramseys are guilty, Michael is guilty. I don't need a jury to think this. I guess I would not be a good juror. But the public can make opinions and I just hate it when someone starts that innocent till proven guilty as if we are all held to the standard of a sitting juror. I don't ask that the villains be electrocuted or put in jail prior to a trial at least {although in Jackson's case I might make an exception and just string him up without a trial.}

Michael says he learned this from an adult when he was a teenagerYou mean conservatives are correct. That gays are recruited not born.

BTW the Rubba dubba game is typical pedophile moves. Get the kid used to a game of touching bodies and move it up.

It was LaToya. I say a clip of it on TV the other day. She was in Germany and she claimed Michael had bought children. She said she knew this because her mother showed her the cheques.
That was all the clip showed. Not sure what else she might have claimed. FWIW, she recanted it all a couple of weeks later.

LaToya is the only honest one in the family. If the mother knew about Michael secret life and never tried to stop it,
she's complicit to a crime. Now she's yelling racism...
she's doing the same thing she was doing when her children were young, she knew what her husband (Joe) was up to but instead kept her mouth shut....."not tonight Joe, let her sleep"...

That's just my guess, but I think it is that boy. The redacted name is the name of the child in the documentary. It was fairly obvious from the details of the case previously reported.

I wonder why Jackson wouldn't destroy incriminating evidence around his house when Jackson hired Gregargos many months ago when he started having problems with this family? He must be pretty stupid if that's the case. They just got around to searching his property a few days ago and he had many months to get rid of it. The part about being held hostage and fleeing in the dead of night sounds very far fetched.
Foxnews or MSNBC also had a guy on who said that he had sources that said that when this boy and mother were shopping around for civil attorneys, they first went to the attorney in the first boy case who settled for a huge amount of money. They said that attorney refused the case because the family's credibility was too questionable. They said this boy brought charges of sexual abuse already on another person and I'm not sure if they were proven false but nothing came of it.

I hate to break stride on this thread and bring up normal sexual attractions, but is Fredrik Ljungberg the Soccer player for ArsenalFC a Swede or French Guy.
Untill last night I knew nothing about Soccer until I was doing a search on this "belly boy" (code word for hot dude). Halmstad BK is another club he played for.
They call it, soccer, Footbal?
He was #8 Midfield for Arsenal.
World Cup 2002?
Oh Well now he is a model for Calvin Klien I saw him in my son's Maxim Magazine in an ad. I was the page turner and reading him the articles, (the ones I could stomach) and I was not amused with the pics of the woman but rather looking at all the ads selling 20 something men stuff and the male models either looked "to pretty or boyish" than I saw Fredrik Ljungberg and my world paused. Amazing what touch ups can do as he is not all that handsome in his soccer playing pics. where he sported a bright red dyed streak through his hair. Still a very lean tall and athletic handsome Swede blooded man.

LaToya said he was a pedophile when the first allegations were raised ten years ago. She even claimed her dad molested her. She's since "gotten back" in the family fold, and I think retracted after she divorced (I think blaming the hubby-saying he controled her etc...). If I remember correctly.

OOps. cajungirl I misunderstood you.
I thought you were being a knucklhead about the obvious.
Yes modern entrtainment has become a justice twisted reality/fiction tv show masked as journalism/news. All men derserve a fair trial.
But some of these cases appear to be smoking guns.
