Agreed, I too hope that the Dems kill this bill.(I think I heard that there may be a fillabuster (sp) ). I dont care if Dems or Repubs. get blamed, this thing must die a quick death.

You're right. I care less about blame for killing this debacle than getting it dead. I've heard John Kerry and John Edwards are coming off the campaign trail to join Teddy Kennedy in trying to filibuster this measure. This may be the only time in my life when I've agreed with these three liberals -- though our motivations are VASTLY different.
