Let us try to get the logic of this one straight: Representatives are supposed to feel better about voting for this bill because it acknowledges they're passing the buck to a future Congress?Since when has that idea ever stopped a congresscritter? Kill the bill. It's SOCIALISM - if backed by Dims, X42, Hitlery, W, or anyone else - it's socialism either way.
