So tell me how do you defend a faith that truly believes the West and Israel should be annihilated.

Is that the whole faith, or just some of the people who allegedly practice it?

There is no faith calling for the annihilation of the West and Israel. There are political forces misusing a valid religion for their nefarious purposes. Whether you want to or not, your words are helping them.

So tell me how do you defend a faith that truly believes the West and Israel should be annihilated. Hmmm, well some Muslim nations such as Jordan and Egypt have attempted to be helpful in advancing the Israeli-Palestinian peace process. I hardly think the leaders and all of the citizens of these nations want to see the West annihilated. Aditionally, some have entertained the idea of peacefull coexistence with Israel. The last time I checked, a lot of Muslims in Iraq were providing good intelligence on the Fedayeen and asking the Americans not to leave Iraq.
I guess, according to your logic, President Bush could better advance the war against terror by calling for a "jihad" against all Muslims here and abroad.
No offense intended, but maybe some of us are more like the Islamist fanatics than we would like to admit?
