Actually I don't think it sounds much different than their usual screeds. Maybe a bit toward the hysterical end of what they officially release, but not all that much different. Have you read some of that bovine scat? If you've got a really strong stomach, you can at The Brady Campaign which is the successor org to HCI. I particularly direct your attention to their "assault weapon" screed.
However, Jeff Chan at rkba.org thinks the copy, non electronic, that he was given was a fake, and thus that whole thing is a FRAUDULENT attempt to discredit arms rights groups and individuals. He even names the person who gave it to him, or that name that person "was using" to be precise.
