General Giap of Dien Bien Phu fame long ago said that during Viet Nam, the 'anti-war 'peace activists' and the US media were his most valuable allies'. Called them the 'rear-front'. I thought giving aid and comfort to the enemy was the very definition of treason. If that be the case, then we are witnessing treason on a nearly daily basis. May history forget that they were my countrymen.

Charging someone with Sedition and getting a conviction under the cahrge of Sedition is at least as I understand it a much easier thing to accomplish. The problem is we have to have a DOJ that's got the stones to do it and then will go the distance on it.
Hanoi Jane could have been so charged IMHO, most of the current crop of Hollyweird, and all of the fellow travelers of the CPUSA and the Socialists by any name they wish to hide under could be so charged IMHO. Remember that the Greens/Enviromentalists are Watermelons, green on the outside and red on the inside.
At least that's my understanding of the Sedition Act. I'm sure that we have a lawyer Freeper out there that could clear up any misunderstanding that I have of the Sedition Act and to whom it could be used on.
