I am not familiar with the rules here. But, is this considerd breaking news? It seems like it would be better listed in the Common Sense section.

It's breaking news because: 1) It is now up on Drudge under HIS breaking news 2) The FBI hasn't done this type of investigating up until now, so it's new. :)
