There's the key.

I don't care if the whore politicians give away the store as long as they do not raise taxes. Bush has already given working, traditional Americans a tax cut.

So, when this program eventually implodes (and every socialist government program eventually implodes) who will have the gall to raise taxes to keep it solvent? I mean besides legislators who represent the parasite nests (cities)?

They will eiether have to raise taxes more on working people, reduce benefits to the recipients, or ration care. the rationing choice would probably mean arbitrary age cutoffs for very expensive procedures and drugs ("we don't want to use up our finite dollars on that 85 year old woman, how much longer will she possibly live?")

All of the choices are bad, but I think the rationing will be a horror.
