That's true.
. . . kind of a cross between Bella Abzug, LBJ and Flipper conversing at 20,000 leagues below the sea.
And getting the two parties to go in sync appropriately was not always easy with those brilliant college graduates trying to figure out which button to PULL and HOW and WHEN. I suppose part of it was being unaccustomed to having a lower enlisted TELL them what and when to do anything.
