Let's assume he was with his wife(though I'm starting to wonder about that.)
Another thing, mara, this is America. He doesn't have to PROVE he's innocent. The prosecutor has to prove his guilt and beyond a reasonable doubt and if you think this girl is credible, then you'd send any man to jail.
I've noticed that with a lot of posters this has become a man/woman issue. But rape, unlike other crimes, is much more falsely reported and especially wealthy or famous men have often found themselves the target of such allegations.
So as it stands now, I have to stand by Bryant's presumption of innocence. But not just legally, objectively as well.

The burden to prove guilt has always been the prosecutor's job, but try convincing 'some' people of that little factoid. :)

I don't think prior sexual relations for either the victim or the defendant is relevant myself.
