Anybody familiar with the rape laws in Colorado should know that this should have been a dead to rights case to take it to trial.

Did you know that if he is convicted and perhaps got probation, he has to take a lie detector test and ADMIT he raped her and pass the LDT or the judge will send him straight to jail?

Did you know that if he's convicted, he will have to register as a sex offender in every single town or city he ever travels to?

Did you know that if he's convicted, there is a chance he may not be allowed to live with his OWN CHILD?

That's not only a rush to judgement, but borders on prosecutorial negligence. The prosecution has an obligation not only to scrutinize their cases but also their accusers, in order to avoid prosecuting the wrong person.
