But, when the social interaction between man and woman is a prelude to sex, then rape is difficult to prove, because the charge may truly be false. This woman has, IMHO, demonstrated she is a slut and also 'possessed' by a personality disorder (e.g., a "nut".) The data regarding her behavior clearly show she is virtually sexually promiscuous as is humanly possible and also that she is mentally unstable.
His lawyers will point out that whatever sex their client and this plaintiff had that night, it most certainly wasn't rape.
