How is she going to risk getting in legal trouble? EVeryone agrees she had sex with Bryant and everyone admits to it.

Now, even if he is acquitted, they can probably never get her in court for falsely accusing Bryant, unless her mom or Pietrack steps forward. And it's possible that only she knows she's making it up.

So there's no possibility of being in trouble for filing this allegation.

And if you're going to employ that argument, why not ask the same question in all false rape/sex abuse claim cases?

Heck, why not ask why people do a lot of things they think they'll get away with?

Do you know for a fact when and how Bryant admitted to being with her?

I'll wait for the trial, but I don't think it was "agreed to" right up front.

I'll stick with facts. Don't confuse that with what you call a "presumption of guilt".

The girl was told by police right up front that she would be in big legal trouble if she was filing a false report, that's where I got that idea. It's called basing my ideas on the factual record.

Unlike you evidently have, I have not reached any conclusions. But I do have my brain in gear and can separate the wheat from the chaff and I do lean toward his having used force. Doesn't mean I'd convict if I were on a jury. Hope that last notion isn't too much for you to process.
