The RINO Hunt in PA was organized by the Club For Growth, a group of Fiscal conservatives that condones Open Borders. Earlier this year, the Club For Growth tried to recruit Jeff Flake to challenge McCain. However, Flake declined the offer.

The AZ GOP condones Open Borders. There is going to be a Prop 187 ballot initative for AZ next year. Despite having a good chance of passing, the AZ GOP Congressional Delegation joined Gov. Napolitano in condemning it.
