Randall Terry lost all credibility when he, as a supposed man of God, abandoned his wife and children for another woman.

I suppose King David lost all credibility after that ugly adultery/murder thing, too.

Randall Terry, the adulterer, has credibility (in your eyes) when it comes to defense of marriage--if you don't count his history of dumping his wife, fooling around with, then marrying a staffer who was almost young enough to be his own child.

It appears that he did. God took the child conceived in adultery. David was not allowed to build the temple. I'd have to say I believe that the Lord was more than a little bit disappointed in his behavior.
