I'm a conservative but it sounds like a benefit I wouldn't touch. Seeing eye dogs for the blind are a necessity, not a luxury. If was a benefit for the middle's class's Rover, I'd say ditch it but that's not now and here. So I'm telling John Burton we're not going to harm the truly needy and he can tone down his rhetoric and work with us to cut spending elsewhere.
