These are the POLICE!
Of course they want you helpless, it makes you easier to rob.
Of course they want 100% registration, they know who not to rob or who to "serve" with a "warrant" and have a "tragic" justifiable shoot.
Some will say the these mutts are the few bad apples...
...I offer that these are just the rotten ones that floated to the top and got caught.
