I don't think that the Constitution would be scraped. I am sure however that Martial law would be declared, and would continue in effect for quite some time.

It is even possible that some of our freedoms and liberties would be curtailed permenently through Constitutional amendments, but I think that as time went by the country would begin to recover and return to normal.

I think you have the correct scenario. Martial law along with a realization that foreign national potential combatants have no civil rights along with illegals from all parts of the world. Certain rights might be temporarily suspended (as Lincoln did during the Civil War) in order to restore order and prevent certain groups from creating chaos in the large population areas. There are plenty of homegrown scumbags who would take advantage of a catastrophe to further their own goals or themselves. In the long run, we would return to our basic constitutional form of representative republic, and I am convinced that this would occur pretty quickly.

I think Franks is just telling us what will happen. It's inevitable. The Islamonazis are just getting started. They have several hundred million willing recruits in the wings. They WILL continue to attack us any way they can and with our liberal judiciary we cannot protect ourselves.

This is a warning shot across the bow of the judiciary. They will ignore it. "Rantings of a war monger."

The constitution will be scrapped and it will not be reinstituted for decades. We will be busy killing Islamonazis for at least thirty years. That is if Christ tarries.
