I would hope that such a scenerio would be temporary.. I don't think there would be a military-stype government per se, but the military and the government would be afforded great liberty in the way they (dis)obey the constitution. I don't ever want to see my city streets policed by the military.. If WMD ever hit our shores .. I agree things would get nasty .. But we should NEVER throw our Constitution to the curb for even a minute
