Yes. Since I support the ultimate penalty (it really isn't a penalty, since everybody gets it) for this offense, I have a high standard of proof.

True..but consider that in the real world most anyone else booked on child abuse charges would find their OWN children immediately removed from their care.

Use common sense for a minute. The cops aren't going to bring "multiple counts" of
child molestation against a famous millionaire unless they have a good deal of corroborated evidence.
The issue here isn't about pajama parties and sleep overs. It's about child molestation. People can dress that up all they want but all they're doing is obsfucating the most predatory, heinous, socially-destructive acts possible against an individual.
