Maybe because Fox News is turning into tabloid TV.Garbage post. Thank God for FNC.
I live on the left coast. When I get home from work Oreilly is on talking about Peterson, Jackson,Koby. Hannity and Colmes, same thing. Greta, same thing. Then a replay of Oreilly. Sorry, in my viewing time they have turned into tabloid TV.

That being said, he is a dictator, and I distrust all dictators. It's just me being an American, as simplistic as that sounds.I understand completely, however I'll take a patriotic millitary man(who obviously doesn't have World domination on his mind) over the corrupt mafioso like government who preceeded him. Neither one is a great choice though.

The money sources are only related in the sense of a common enemy. Soros is an extreme leftist, MoveOn.Org is an arm of the Communist World Workers' Pary, and Bin Laden is a despotic, Islamist murderer, like Castro, Kim Jong Il, Chavez, Castro, Mumia and all the other despots that MoveOn and Soros support.

I can concede that it is a slight improvement.
Lately I marvel that Karzai in Afghanistan and Musharaff in Pakistan have not been assassinated. To me, they are really attractive targets for al Qaeda. But, I don't wish for their deaths, of course. In many ways I think they are under divine protection, if that makes sense.

I've been thinking the same thing. Who is this guy? How does he get so much "inside" stuff? Do you think he just has one very good hustle?

In many ways I think they are under divine protection, if that makes sense. That may explain why I instinctively like Musharaff, he may be Pakistan's GWB in a way, the right man at the right time.

You are so right about that - delaring Bin Laden dead is of no help in the war on terror now ...
Even further, if we killed Bin laden and the bombing kept happening (because killing Bin Laden doesnt kill Al Quaeda),
you'd have idiots in the media declaring "oh, I guess this is just the mulsim people rising up, after all, we killed OBL so it cant be the terrorists, they are gone" - sound idiotic? Yet the media has expressed that already with their "why do they hate us?" explorations ...
The terror violence of this past month tells us one thing: The War on Terror is FAR FROM OVER. That is what is important.

Nailed it on the head, in my opinion.
GWB, Blair, Karzai and Musharaff all fall under that category for me.
I know that I wouldn't necessarily agree with every position of Karzai or Musharaff, if I studied them closely. But, in terms of the work that they have done, at this time in history, I have to give them both extreme credit.
All four of these men have stepped up to the plate, and delivered their best. History WILL remember them fondly, I believe.

Sorry, in my viewing time they have turned into tabloid TV. Cavuto, Gibson, then Brit Hume's show is the best around IMHO. Plus their Saturday business shows are very interesting. I also like O'Reilly, though he was admittedly too focused on MJackson the other day. Hannity & Colmes can be good, too, depending on the guests.
Thank God for FNC.

Cavuto, Gibson, then Brit Hume's show is the best around IMHO I'm sure you are right. I wish they would have them in prime time. We on the left coast miss all the good stuff!

Having been stationed there a couple of times, I can understand your frustration.

Why is Brit so glum lately? Why did the "War time Grapevine" go back to being the "Political Grapevine?" I just noticed it this past week.

It is disingenuous to think that Iran is going to fall from within. Only non-oppressive government may fall from within. The rest of the dictatorships hold power with iron fist. Good example; Cuba, Egypt, Iraq, Syria, Pakistan, Afghanistan,....
Iran, Somalia, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Sudan, Syria, Egypt, the PLO, and others are nations with governmental inteligence, and fundings DIRECTLY going to the Islamic terrorist organizations. We chose to look the other way, or listen to the double talks of their dictators.
