BUT allowing for the remotest possibility of there being even NO sexual contact with these kids, he is DAMAGING them by this intimate contact with them. Regardless of how therapeutic he finds it to be a perpetual child, the children see him as an ADULT and this harms their psychological development.

Totally agree with you. There have probably been many more kids who have been victimized by Mr. Jackson in a non-sexual manner.
