After it's all over, if SCO has less success in court than Judicial Watch -- isn't this funding by Sun and Microsoft illegal?
They're using a proxy to try and sue competitors to prevent competition from an up and coming product line.
Isn't that exactly the type of monopolistic behavior, exactly the kind of assault on the free market, that Anti-trust is all about?
