I hate to sound callous, but maybe we need a global war. Particularly one in which we wipe out a very large number of people. Don't get me wrong, I would like to find a way to make sure that not a single innocent person dies. But "civilian" and "innocent" are not synonymous. Those who support my enemy are also my enemy, and I want them GONE.

I think that indeed there are alot of countries that need their population thinned down. But I would sure hate an all out World War, we might not make it through it as a species.
