In Memory of The Fallen 9-11-2001THE BEGINNING OF THE END FOR WACKO JACKO
by Timothy Rollins, Editor and Publisher

November 20, 2003

Timothy Rollins - Beneath the SurfaceWARNING: Contains strong language and promotes extreme ideas. Guaranteed to offend some, and is not suitable for all readers.

Santa Barbara County (California) District Attorney Thomas W. Sneddon Jr.With search warrants executed at his Neverland Ranch in California's Santa Ynez Valley and an arrest warrant having been issued, it appears District Attorney Thomas W. Sneddon Jr. (right) is having the last laugh at Michael Jackson's expense.

Going back to 1993, everyone remembers the case being built against the so-called 'King of Pop' came crashing down when 'Wacko Jacko' bought off the kid and his parents to the tune of over $20 million to keep quiet. The California legislature however, quietly changed the law so that it now requires victims in sex abuse cases to testify - regardless of whether or not they've been financially silenced. Like the law passed in the wake of the O.J. Simpson acquittal that takes away children from the parent found civilly liable for the death of the other, this law in fact specifically had Michael Jackson's name written all over it.

Kudos go to Santa Barbara County Sheriff Jim Anderson and staffers from both his office and the District Attorney's Office who were able to keep their mouths shut and let this warrant be executed without the media whores arriving until it was well under way. The fact that 'Wacko Jacko' was in Las Vegas shooting a video - thus catching him totally off guard - only made the moment all the sweeter for both Anderson and Sneddon.

Is there a settling of the score here for Sneddon? You're damn right there is. If you were the D.A. working the potentially biggest case of your career and some rich punk - and a child molester at that - pulled the rug out from under you, you'd move heaven and earth to turn the tables. However, Sneddon is no idiot. He bided his time, knowing other victims were out there, and that it was only be a matter of time before Jackson would strike again and someone would come forward.

Well, that time has arrived in the form of a 12-year old boy - and a cancer patient at that. Mercifully, for other children, this boy and his family want justice and not a huge payout. According to Roger Friedman of FOX NEWS, Jackson was scared - enough so as to make arrangements to buy passports and ship the family off to South America just to 'get them out of the way'. I don't know about you boys and girls, but that shows premeditation and definite malice aforethought, with full intention of avoiding accountability and punishment for his immoral, illegal and criminal actions.

Michael Jackson - Accused Child Molester (AP)According to Jackson's victim, 'Wacko Jacko' plied him with wine and sleeping pills to relax the natural inhibitions put in place by God - that's right - divinely placed by a loving Creator as a means of self-protection and self-preservation and to ensure their proper use - marital enjoyment as well as procreation through strengthening the bonds of marital love. All Jackson ever wanted to do with his 'equipment' was help himself to little boys, thus making himself as I alluded to in an earlier column, a homosexual pedophile, or in other words, a celebrity chicken hawk.

Should these allegations be proven true in a court of law - and I believe they will - given the public's having long tired of celebrities getting off the hook with either acquittals or slaps on the wrists, I firmly believe Michael Jackson (left) will be found guilty on all counts and allegations as other victims will come forward as well. Sneddon should move at this point and freeze all of Jackson's financial holdings as well, to include any moved within the last ten years as a means of dodging legal authorities.

To incarcerate Jackson with general population is to let him off the hook too easily, given that he'd be killed off within 72 hours, as even prisoners have a code of honor, and spies and chicken hawks (child molesters) are the lowest of the low - even lower than the whale turd at the bottom of the ocean - they ARE in fact the bottom of the ocean.

Though I now live in Wisconsin, I'm still a New Yorker at heart, and to me the only just punishment for 'Wacko Jacko' in the likely event of conviction would be as Sam Waterston's 'Law & Order' character Jack McCoy described it about a couple of defendants he was dealing with: "I'm playing tiddlywinks with these punks. What I'd like to do is take them out to Battery Park and hang them by the scrotum."

What more fitting end could there be for the gloved one known as 'Wacko Jacko'? ***

Jackson has now announced that he will not present himself for arrest until he is ready.

I'd like to take a position but thus far I can't. If Wacky Jacky is guilty, send the creep to jail and let the prison inmates deal with him. However, if he's innocent and this family is trying to do him in, just like the family in 1993 that "wanted justice" but settled for money due to their greed, then that needs to be proven and the family needs to be punished. It's like the Scott Peterson case, did he or didn't he? I honestly don't know.

Yeah, until he`s ready...Which will most likely be when he`s in France. Either that or he`ll post bail and then skip to France, that lovely toilet bowl of the world where human filth always ends up. Maybe they`ll make him an honorary citizen of Paris like they did to that other scum mutt Mumia Abu Jamal.

Personally, I think he's out of the country. Took off from Las Vegas without filing a flight plan.

Can you immagine the rude awakening to reality he will face when put in jail? No servants, no high living, no trips around the world, no adoring crowds. Can't wait to see it.

Your tagline almost made me cry. It's sooo true and I hope Reno gets her payback.
